Kuanzishwa- Introduction
Tanzania is located on the east-coast of Africa, just south of the equator. It borders Kenya, Uganda, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda and some others east of Africa. There are 120 ethnic groups in Tanzania who have adapted to the wide range of geophysical and climatic conditions. Because of the unique combination of historic and cultural factors, Tanzanians share strong feelings of national pride. Although the country has resolved internal problems without resorting in violence because of the shared language, Swahili, provided by Julius Nyerere, the first president of Tanzania, there are still serious concerns of the country. Repressive, corrupting influences, derived from the colonial, socialist and capitalist eras which harbor many Tanzanians to have dependency that keep the country one of the poorest in the world. Tanzania’s traditional economic infrastructures and over dependency on agriculture as well are some of the biggest challenges for the Tanzanian economy.
